Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Zavonix account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
